Can anyone please be so kind as to explain this error with Sophos Health? I have been using sophos home for quite a while now as well as macrium reflect for my backups and this is the first time that this has occurred.
The older version of Sophos Health cannot be removed. I was just trying to create a backup image of my computer using Macrium Reflect and the backup failed and when I checked the log the reason for the failure was this. I am not sure if this is the correct place to post / ask this so I apologize in advance if I am in the wrong place.
